The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details


2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated Delivery Time Across India

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods

  • Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be shown before order confirmation


4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking ID

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking information.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times

  • If the customer is unavailable, re-attempts will be made

  • Orders may be returned to us if delivery fails due to repeated unavailability


6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing the order.

MOORHI / Delto’N’well will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Non-delivery due to wrong or unreachable contact numbers


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available at selected locations only

  • Additional COD handling charges may apply

  • COD availability depends on courier serviceability


8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Transport or courier issues

  • Strikes or public holidays

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

In such cases, we will keep you informed of the updated delivery status.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Opened

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

Please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.


10. International Shipping

Currently, MOORHI delivers only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
