Return & Refund Policy

At MOORHI, owned and operated by Delto’N’well, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic hair care products. This policy explains the terms related to returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care products, returns are accepted only in specific cases.

Eligible for Return or Replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is defective or leaking

  • Any item is missing from your order

Not Eligible for Return if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • Return is requested due to change of mind

  • Incorrect address or contact details were provided

  • Minor packaging variations occur


2. Return Request Time Limit

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted


3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost

  • Replacement will be processed after verification

  • Pickup of the damaged or wrong product may be arranged if required


5. Refund Policy

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is out of stock

  • Order cannot be delivered

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • MOORHI is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers

  • Personal care items delivered in good condition


8. Important Guidelines

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video

  • Check the package at the time of delivery

  • Do not accept packages that are visibly damaged or tampered
