At MOORHI, owned and operated by Delto’N’well, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic hair care products. This policy explains the terms related to returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care products, returns are accepted only in specific cases.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

4. Replacement Policy
If your request is approved:

A replacement of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost

Replacement will be processed after verification

Pickup of the damaged or wrong product may be arranged if required
5. Refund Policy
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
Refunds are applicable only if:

Replacement is not possible

Product is out of stock

Order cannot be delivered
Refund Process:
